Booking Information
Availability - Call for availability, ask questions and to discuss how you want to proceed.
Welcome meeting - If you want to have a meeting to talk face to face prior to booking, that is great
Preview - If you want to see me on location, I can provide you with some venues
Hold the date- I will hold the date for a short time as you continue to evaluate your choices
First Rights – If I am holding the date for you and I get a call for another event on that date, I will give you the first rights to that date. I will contact you and let you know that I have another possible booking and ask you to make a commitment
Contract – I will email a “draft” contract based on our initial conversation…many times exact times and locations are still not finalized but you can at least secure my services for a general block of time and general location
Locking in – Your wedding is “locked in” when you inform me that you are confirming and sending a deposit.
Deposit – A deposit of 50% of the total contracted amount is due shortly after you let me know that it’s on the way.
Final Payment – Final payment is due at the end of the reception
Wedding Information Form- I will email a Wedding Information Form which will serve as a template for the planning meeting that will happen about a month from the wedding
Contact and Meet – During the course of planning everything, you are free to call or email me as much as you need to…this is a partnership and I am happy to help out. We will have a formal meeting about a month before the wedding to work out all the details
